This is one of the orchids that is getting some special attention from me. It actually gets looked at everyday, and today it had its first flower open. You would need a magnifying glass to see it thou.
The plant is hanging upside down on a piece of driftwood, the base of the plant is covered in live sphagnum moss that is watered daily.
Hi I know this is a old post but if you still have this orchid could you tell me how you keep this. I have one and get quite a few spikes on it but after a couple of days the flowers turn yellow and drop off. Thanks for any advice
I'm interested in how you prepared the driftwood. I collected a couple of pieces on my last vacation and am how soaking in fresh water to remove and possible remaining salt.
