Default Sigmatostalix graminea

This one opened up a few days ago, I have 2 of these one growing 12 or so inches from 2 T5HO lights and another about 6-8" from 2 13W compact flourscents. Pretty big difference in light levels, but both plants/flowers look the same so I'm guessing everything is good. Humidity for both is usually 85-99% with temps of 65-80. Both are flowering and actively growing. The flowers are about 1/4" in size.
