Default Dendrochilum wenzelii

This one was labeled Dendrochilum wenzelii 'Red', well they got the species right . But I can't see any red.

I did get the pleasure of waiting about 3 months for the spikes to form, wow so slow. Although I have another mini working on its 4th month and no buds let......its growing but wow.

I can see a spot of red in the center. Maybe that's what they mean. Nice job, and I admire your patience.

Nice flower.

How are you growing yours? Mine is dropping leaves like crazy. I don't think it's humid enough for mine.

Cheers.

The top of the leaves are about 6" from 2 T5 bulbs.
Planted in a bark/various other stuff mix.
Misted 3 times a day for 7s per cycle.
The computer fan is running 6 hours in the middle of the day and off the rest of the time.
In the summer the temps were 70-80 but now its 68-75.
I don't have a humidity gauge in that tank but the similair ones are 70-99.
They are submerged in water every 1-2 weeks depending on summer/winter cycles.

Within a few weeks of getting this one it started sending up spikes, there are some new roots but no new growths yet.

I can't really think of anything else, but feel free to ask.
