Genyorchis pumila
I do not know so much about this one. From Afrika and often sold under the name Bulbophyllum pumilum (one leaf, Genyorchis two). Flower about 5 mm high, semibulbs 8 mm.
Grown in high humidity (75-99 %RH) and 20-27 degre celsius.
