Does anyone know if these microworms do any type damage to micro orchids. Im just curious as Ive found several on my new schoenorchis scolopendria. Also havent seen any damage.

Nematodes are pretty much microscopic so you may be seeing something else unless using a microscope. That said, there are both beneficial and harmful types as far as plants/orchids go. Sounds like the bad ones get at the roots but not sure how you’d determine good/bad besides reading plant health. Got a pic?

I have decided to not be overly concerned with this, although your help is greatly appreciated. My main concern is being able to care for my new orchid well enough to keep it healthy and all.
