It almost looks like cold damage. And seeing as how this one is suppose to like warm to hot it could be. Any advice would be appreciated!

Take pictures of all of them, then I would contasct the seller and ask for a refund. And your credit card company if they don't provide it. No excuse for sending plants that are in bad shape whether they were bad before shipping, or not properly packaged.

Shipped plants need to be protected from heat and cold - a reputable vendor will provide that. (This time of year, cold isn't an issue but heat could be.) Do check through the Vendor Feedback forum to help you identify the good ones. (You don't yet have enough time on the Board to post negative comments about this one, but you can certainly look for recourse, and also direct your business to those who do well)

Take pictures to enjoy the flowers... the plant looks like it is sad shape, not likely to live. (We hope for flowers in the future too...) And don't ship anything back unless they pay for it. For your money, you should get plants that are healthy. There are plenty of good vendors out there, patronize those.

After what you said, I called to the place, and I never would have brought it up by name.
The guy asked me to call back monday and they would make it right. So maybe only lose will be my time.👌

That sounds like what a good vendor SHOULD do. Either get a refund or a replacement plant.
