Psygmorchis pusilla questions

SG in CR posted somewhere above that in the nature this plant is often exposed to direct sun. Also I saw some videos with plants in situ and they really grow on very small branches that are exposed to sun. Despite that my lamp is about 23 cm above the plant, the light there is comparable with the light of a lightly overcast day. It makes buds on the existing spikes, but they yellow and fall. I have some hope for the left bud, it is still green.

While they are often in the sun, it's not uncommon to find them doing well in the shade. I don't think they need super bright light to do well.

It is nowhere near bright as a direct sun. If the plants color is mostly reaction of the light, the plants in this video have very similar yellowish color to mine, so I suppose it is normal.

Quick update. Despite the yellow color, the orchid is doing very well - second new leave, 2 new spikes, 3 flowers on the old spikes. I manage to pollinate one of them (the pod on the left) and very likely the one on the right side too.
