Default Oncidium glossomystax
This miniature is just a little larger than a quarter, but has 10 flowers and buds, one per spike with the spikes projecting from between all the largest leaves.

It looks great! Is it hard to grow? Do you have a picture with something for scale? Just by seeing this I feel I can't really imagine how tiny it really is.
