Tolumnia Jairak Rainbow 'flyer', Bulbophyllum ovalifolium (red)
Tolumnia Jairak Rainbow 'flyer': I got this from Louisiana Orchid Connection in August. It was labeled first bloom size with no flower picture. This is my first Tolumnia and thought it was kind of fun not knowing what I would get. I LOVE this one! Of course I searched pics to see what it might look like, and out of all that I have seen, this is absolutely the color I would have chosen. It's actually a slightly darker, rich color in person. Even better, there are two growths, and the other one has a tiny spike. Fingers crossed!
Bulbophyllum ovalifolium (red): This came from Andy's back in March. It was one he chose for me based on my set up conditions and the other plants I chose. The picture is from October 14 - first time it bloomed for me. The plant is at least 1/3 bigger than when I got it. There were 3 buds, 1 didn't open, and the other two only lasted a couple of days, but they made me happy There is a bud about to open right now (Nov 9) and I've read once these are happy, they are ever blooming.
A side note: notice the difference in clarity in the pictures of the two plants. I bought a set of those macro lenses that clip on to your phone on Amazon for $13, specifically thinking of taking pictures of my mini orchids. Definitely worth it.

I love that particular tolumnia's color. VERY nice! And indeed, much better pics of it. I want one, but am patiently waiting until after Christmas. We have a "rule" around here about not buying stuff after Halloween.... was originally my rule, so I can't complain now.

And I'm not supposed to order any more orchids online until spring.
Just got an email about a sale at Andy's, so we'll see how that goes....

If it was your rule, you can change it. For good cause, of course.

The macro lenses definitely do justice with your photos of two very nice miniatures.. Great job with the pictures, and with your plants.
And, very unique (and meticulous) tagging of your plants in the first two photos.

If your phone is fairly recent check out the 'More' section of your phone camera.
About 3 months after I got my Samsung Galaxy A21s in April of this year I was messing about getting to understand the finer details found when clicking 'More' I had access to 'Pro, Panorama, Macro and for some strange reason, Food.
Works quite well too.
