Default Telipogon astroglossus

I would love to grow the full-sized Telipogons, but my climate is just too warm to be successful, I think. This teensy one comes from a more moderate elevation, and should be able to tolerate my summers. (I got it in January, so haven't had the opportunity to test it) Note that it is non-resupinate (lip upwards). It definitely pushes the limits of my camera. I included a photo with my hand, for scale.

That is pretty cool! It looks as though the show is only beginning, too.

Climate. The orchids I would grow if I did not need to worry about the climate issues! I was so happy to finally find a Phal bellina that tolerates my cooler winter climate.
