Display this Weekend
Here is the display that I put together for the Essex orchid show this weekend. I go pick it up tomorrow. Actually I entered an arrangement and a display. Thanks for looking.

And the basket...
Was disappointed as a couple of really neat plants are just opening at home today.....I would have liked them in the display.....always the way.

Beautiful display
I envy you guys who seem to be able to get so many to bloom at one time

Easy....you just have to have 7 or 800! The neatest ones always bloom 3 days after a show though guaranteed!

What nice displays!
When I first joined an OS, I wondered how some of the members could always have a bunch in bloom each month. Then I heard how many orchids they were growing!

Thank you. And yes, even with the ton of orchids that I have, there are still times of the year where I don't have a lot in bloom. I pretty much brought everything I have in bloom to the show. My cats all seem to be 2 or so weeks behind. Will have lots of nice ones when there are no shows....grrrrrrr.

Year after year, I have orchids that finish the week before the show and start blooming the week after. They try to avoid the OS meetings, too, but I sometimes catch something that didn't finish in time or just opened. I just don't think seventy orchids is enough.
