Hey Paul. Sorry for not getting back to you on this one. That tail is Ceratostema rauhii. It bloomed for the first time about 2 months ago. Below is a link to a pic of that event.
As an update, all the flowers in the original pic are in flower again, except the Restrepia, which just finished flowering, and the Dend. cuthbertsonii which died. Where the Dend was, is now just a big mound of moss.

Do you know of any source for Ceratostema rauhii? Apparently Black Jungle had it years ago, but it looks like they don't anymore. My conditions are on the cool side with good airflow, and I think it would do well.

Yea, its usually sold very expensively. Its a slow grower and a lot of demand.
