It's almost done! We've somehow made through all the rain here in Florida. I managed by hauling the orchids here and there and everywhere to keep them from rotting out of their pots! Finally, the orchid House is almost done. The door isn't up, the R/O is in the garage and I'm waiting for the metering device to arrive. So I thought I'd share some pictures. This is the first time I've EVER had one place for my orchids and I'm pretty jazzed about THAT. We have to do some plumbing and a little electrical work....then benches. I stuffed all but three of my biggest guys in there and for the first time in over 35 years, watered them all in ONE spot without hauling them to and fro' like a pack mule!
Here's how it looked before we started. I always hated that tree....

The wind in Florida can be...well...breezy. So my husband got a little OCD here.

The fan...the lattice (pvc)...and the flooring. Weed cloth on top and hardware cloth underneath.

Like I said...still have the door to put in, some electrical and plumbing...
I feel like a teenager who just got my first car!
