The plants in my south-facing windows
I have decided to take a few pictures, even of my soph from the project and post them...if it works.

Thanks. These are the lucky plants that get the best lighting. The others, the more tolerant ones, get a northern exposure. Poor things.

Your Soph. looks very happy. What is the orchid in the top left of pic 3? Something from the Catasetum family?

The one you see is Cyncnodes Golden Shower 'King' x Momodes Revoluta 'Yellow'. In the basket, I also have Wine Delight 'Jem' but I think it was cut off. I am just waiting for the pair of them to drop their leaves....
I like the root tips of the soph...if only my neos had them!

I have that same bicolour Hoya, its a couple of years old now. Has yours ever flowered ?
I just dug up my amaryllis about a month back. You already have flowers. I think I am going to pot them up...

No, the hoya grows but doesn't flower. My older bulbs usually bloom in early summer so I cheated this year and bought two new ones. I realize now that since all the others are red (I started with one and they have been multiplying every year) I shouldn't have gotten yet another red. :|
