I got a chameleon to cruise around in my orchid room. I thought he'd stay in the fake trees we got for him but lately he's been hanging out right on the phalaenopsis spikes of my blooming plants. Thought I'd share some pics.

Awww, he thinks he's a flower.

That's really cool. You have a guard-chameleon for your orchids!

The chameleon is sooo cute! Are the orchids and chameleon in some sort of glass enclosed space other than just running around in the room?

I'm sure you know this, but make sure he has a spot for basking (with a heat lamp) and plenty of UVB along with calcium in his diet I imagine that's all set up by "his" branches...

It sounds like some chameleons enjoy snacking on plants - hope that isn't the case with yours and your orchids!

He's got a couple of spots under heat lamps and I ordered a UVB from a local fish store. It just hasn't arrived yet. He's just free-roaming in a 6' by 7' room with a couple of fake trees and lots of orchids in between. Seems pretty content and he moves all over the room.

That's neat that he gets the roam around the room. Guess you never know where he's hanging out at! How long do they live on average? I know nothing about chameleons.
