Hi Glen,

As far as I know it is not a provisional award. I think that happens only with awards granted to new species, i.e., CBR or CHM. As far as being robbed, I was pretty sure it wasn't quite award quality, but brought it in to let people see it - it's still not very common. Thanks for looking.
