Cool How about a Paph Planter?

the paphs are doing well after a flurry of blooms a few months back. the new growths and old bloomed ones are just moving right along. Needed some room so I decided to make a Paph Planter for some smaller ones

A Paph Dolls Kobold fill the middle, planted in a sphagnum lined net basket. Gloria Naugles, a Paphanatics division, line the outside planted into sphagnum . The bottom of the dish is also lined in granite chips. The dish is a strawberry type planter bought at Lowes on sale for 5 dollars.. $ more than I like to spend on dishes for plants.

Lava rocks were for looks below ,but I think I like them now after I took pictures

Always trying to make stuff look better to people who come over and want to look..I need some room too..enjoy!! if not hope you get a smile out of what Im doing anyway

the dolls kobold since planted into the container has set up a spike leaf I'm thinking. Yes its going to bloom now for me too

Happy Paphys!!

PS I would like to add that using moss for the paphs isnt that common and you have to be careful watering them.
I use moss bec I got tired of watering them 4 times a week in bark mix. Im down to 2 times a week now. One just water the other RJS paph mix . 60 plus paphs hand watered takes a lot of time no matter how you manage it.

Really neat approach to paph potting!

Imagine how great they will look when the plants fill their spaces up with multiple growths. Lush....
