Maria's teeny tiny itty bitty growing space. Female
Talking Maria's teeny tiny itty bitty growing space.

Here you go peeps. My main growing area. Not pictured are about 4 mounts, some renantheras, my angraecoids, a couple of indoor orchids and my office orchids.

Pictured below are my catts, Laelias and rupics & several odds and ends. I. NEED. MORE. ROOM.

Your comments are welcome.

The seedlings:

My rupicolous Laelias (aka the "brats")

Some more rupicolous Laelias, two renantheras and an Epidendrum campestre (all the way in the back--it has put on 5 new growths since I got it @ the redlands this year!)

So that's most of it. I need more plants!!! (giggle)

Maria-

The babies are adorable! It looks like they are growing so very nicely! You have those chids under some strict organization I need you to come over and whip mine into shape too

Great job! I can only hope to have something similar someday- the shelving will work well in my area.

What kind of LECA are you using?

Maximum use of minimum space, I would say. Amazing level of organization. I bet you're one of those people who has your underwear drawer organized and your clothes hung in your closet by color code.

Thanks everyone.

Funny--everyone who has seen the pics comments on the "organization." It took me a little while to get there, but now I finally found tags and pots that I like. LOLOLOL

Thanks Katie. I'm sure you have your own method of organization, plus you'll have lots of new space in your new home!!!

Just regular hydroton. I don't like the prime agra as much. I like the shape of these (although when they fall and run off they are almost impossible to catch) they are almost perfectly round.

Thank you!! I can't squeeze anything else in there really without throwing the whole system off.

Well, I don't go as far as color-coding my clothes but you are spot on with the rest--and the sock drawer too.

Thanks everyone for their kind comments. It's a work in progress though.

It's great to hear that you have success with Hydroton- that's the only kind I have access to.

Are all of your Laelias species?
