Beautiful RJ, but don't forget about providing adequate air circulation for the chids in the box.

yeah they need air all my plants are transportable around my little place bec I have to chase the sun around it from window to window I'm not blessed with so much room that has sun in it ..so I move stuff from the one east window I have in the A.M, then shuffle it all around to the south window for the rest of the day until I move them back into the kitchens east window

and yes there are casualties at times when you have to play musical walls with the plants

Would the acrylic tolerate some holes drilled in the side of it for the circulation "situation"? Not sure how much it might help tho either...
Idk, just wondering

What a great idea and a great display! And very convenient for moving everybody around. I had to do the same thing back when I was starting with orchids, but I was moving them one by one!

Why is everyone worried about air circulation? The box is very open, there are no small plants stuck at the bottom.

I can't see a problem with circulation. Most of my chids have outer decorative pots, and this box looks to have more space than mine, and I've never had a problem.
