I think in NY if the building gets foreclosed the new owner has to honor the temants leases... Guess it is not like that in mIchigan.

I think my electric went up 20 / 30 $
4 25 W CFLs , 4 40 W T12 tubes.

Was wondering if spending 30 / 40 bucks on T5 s at HD woudl basically make me save money as the wattage is about half of he T12 and to my eye appear brighter. they are 3 ft instead of 4 ft.
Was wondering if some plexi mirror strategically placed would increase the foot candles.

Hey Brad those plants look as snug as a bug in a rug ,
I am always truly amazed at how you guys grow your plants under lights. Must be one of your favorite places for a Sunday afternoon siesta.

Stefano, the house sits empty. There is no new owner and the bank doesn't have a rental service. For what they are asking for it,it will sit empty for a long time.Des, the only one that has enough room for a siesta in there is the cat. I broke a spike off a Phal watering another one hanging above it! No worries,it broke above a node and will start another spike from that point. Brad

FANTASTIC! Definitely paradise.

One can never have too many orchids...just too little space...no matter how much space that is...so, I've learned!

Enjoy!

My brother!Nice stuff you got there. Is that a cat perched on the chair in the window? And what is planted in the brown, round orchid pot that look suspiciously like a candle holder? My candle holder has Phal 'Everspring King' Masichino,a rescue that was being tossed by a florest. Brad
