In the first and second picture are those schillys in there?

And I love the paph in the second. Lady Isabel?

I agree with Tindo... I like the third one best. Very, very nice displays.

And the worst part? I knew immediately that you were in Canada from your displays. Around here (at least in my region) we are lucky to see even a few well designed displays. You are using all of the principles of flower arranging and it shows.

I confess my displays suck compared to yours... Good job!

London Orchid SHow 2006
Rob...I looked into coming to Michigan to display but the hassle of getting my plants over the border wasn't worth it. I'd love to come and see a show there one day though. I have given talks up here on doing displays if that's of any interest to you.

Oh and yes those are schillies and that is a Lady Isabel. Great eyes!!!

In fact Paph Lady Isabel 'Carlisle'. It got Best Paph in Show that day.

Yes, same reason I don't do shows in London or St. Catherines... Stupid border crossings. I've judged at the London show several years, although it tends to clash with one of our michigan shows. All those pretty plants, and I can't bring them home.

Might take you up on the display talk someday... I've only ever spoken to the London OS (twice...), but someday maybe I'll get to one of the other Canadian societies.
