Cool! If you judge at London again be sure to let me know. I was thrilled to be asked to be a ribbon judge there last year. It would be great to be on a team with you so I could 'pick your brains'. I don't belong to the London society but may join this year. I am a member of SOOS, Ottawa, RBG and COOS although i may let Ottawa (too far) and COOS lapse this coming year.

I totally agree with Rob.
I am just learning the design aspect and am on the New Hampshire society's team so I would also like to hear more about this from you pros. Wendy, what sorts of things do you collect for your display toolbox?

While our display a few weeks ago was nice, I thought it was too crowded with large specimen plants. It ended up being overwhelming. I would have been happier with a smaller display.

Heather would you like me to post just what I have in my bag or would you like a general over view of what I take (including plants etc) to set up a display and basics on how to set it up? I'll try and post what you want sometime tomorrow.

Well, unfortunately, I doubt if I'll ever get up to your area for one of your talks but I'd love to hear some of your ideas on show designs

I think a lot of people see a display and are struck by the beauty of it without realizing the effort that goes into putting together such a work of art...

My favorites are the third (with vanda) and the last one (with cattleya). Well done!

Very well done. I usually help with the display for our ochid society and it is surprising how much work there is in setting up and how short of a time it takes to tear it down
