Pui--- that cactus is way cool.
On the Phrag, if that's its typical light level, I'd ratchet it up quite a bit. Make sure it's always damp and never dry. The newer growth on the left has promise. Geralda is lindleyanum x caudatum. caudatum is lower light typically than lindleyanum but any of mine with lindleyanum in them seem to want way more light to bloom good. I'd go with bright indirect otherwise the leaves will burn.

ps---- keep an eye on it while you acclimate it to a new spot and just keep adding a little time to its new exposure every few days.
