I had a literal "eureka!" moment after bringing home the Poly-wall. I was reminded of different forms in origami, paper pleating, etc. The most common example of the principle I used would be the bottom/side of the paper cup that fries come in at mcdonald's.

To achieve it, I traced the curve of the base of a standing fan from corner to corner and scored the curve on what would be the underside (essentially cutting through half the thickness). If you push it up, the piece will naturally bend at that end, hot dog bun style. (So many fast food analogies; I must be hungry!)

Try it with a scrap of paper! It'll probably make more sense than my explanation, lol.
