Here are the two this year. The first one is a NOID, but one of are oldest. It blooms around Valentines Day every year. It has that wonderful cattleya scent, and mixed with the citrus flowering. It fills the greenhouse, makes a great escape from the cold, drury, winter days.
The other plant is Catt. Why Knot, blooms this time of year and just keeps on getting bigger and bigger. Only problem is not much of a fragrance.

Default Cattleya Pacavia decided to grace me with blooms

Managed 16 flowers on four inflorescences. No fragrance but still quite pretty!

Currently I do not have any specimens worth showing off, but here is the 'People's Choice Award' from the WOC in Miami in 2008.

It is Gua. Hail Storm (= bowringiana x skinneri) 'Coconut Orchids'. If you look at the certificate next to the trophy, that is 8.1/2"x11", so the plant is in the range of 6-8' in diameter.
