Oh that reminds me..... I wanted to put Brassavola nodosa up again, if I can..... I kept thinking it won one of the projects, but it never did, and I loves it
I'll add this one to the list...it's such a classic

ON SECOND THOUGHT...
as I was just adding this, IOSPE says hot grower!

With all the other choices we have...and keep coming up with...I'm gonna put this on the "not good for the project" portion of the list.

Sorry Niki

Going through the new posts this morning, I found a request for information by OB member uechi for:

Trichopilia Suavis
IOSPE PHOTOS

While searching for the answer, I realized that this gorgeous 'chid fits our project criteria...and is available everywhere!

Does anybody else love it?

that sounds a bit too large for the projects parameters. I like the flower though. What say the rest of y'all?

Adam...you're right

According to Orchidwiz, the Den is 2-18"...and the Tricopillea is 5-17"...

I'll remove the Trichopillea from the list...but I WILL one day have it in my orchid room!

Now that my eyes are opened...I'm going through the descriptions on our existing list and notice a few just say "Medium" (my fault got lazy) ...in checking these in Orchidwiz, I found some that will have to be moved to "no good for our project" in our list

Den lawesii - 10-18" - being moved

Oncidium ornithorhynchum - 20" - being moved

We are now back to having under 20 on the list...the new number is now 18

Is 20 the goal? And did Den. crepidatua get on the list yet? It is a beauty! This is so exciting! I don't know much about most all of these plants, so it will be wonderful to get a chance to grow them in a group setting.
