For our newer members;
We'll be starting a new OB Project the second week of March
Here's an explanation of how they work along with a little history on past projects:

I am looking forward to seeing our previous participants along with lots of new people joining us
First discussion scheduled for our Chat Room Sunday March 9th at 8:00pm EST

Date Change for March OB Project
We're going to start discussions on March 2 at 8pm EST, rather than March 9th.
The plan is still to be able to place our individual orders by mid-April

If you can come up with a suggestion for a very small Cym, we'll discuss it
We have no idea what type of orchid will be the winner. Throughout the process, we probably see/suggest/discuss hundreds before choosing the final group. That group is then put into a poll and all participants get one vote for the one they hope wins.
We all get the chosen plant, whether or not it was the one we voted for. It's a little scary but...
if you read through some of the posts regarding project 4, you'll see that many folks were not thrilled about getting the plant...and now they love it and are happy they played through thill the end.
See ya March 2, in the chat room, at 8pm EST for the very first of many many discussions

Sorry about that...we changed the date to accomodate a few of our friends.
The correct date is March 2...I've also changed it on our OB calendar
