Here's the bloom (and still haven't mounted or repotted it, got scared of the 'keep it wet' talk)

Seems to be doing okay in its current pot, though; the new growth has continued to develop. Have it near my rain cache where it receives sun/bright shade dappled.

Kind of sad about the bloom- I'm not fond of plain white flowers, and this has almost no color. I prefer them like some others have here, with magenta lips. That's the risk you take buying not in bloom though!

So cute! Love this plant, it's quirky. I think yours is upside down too

Thumbs up to ya. Well that just means you will have to get another so you will have a darker lip.

I'm not sure why but my 3rd and 4th flowers to open on mine are already dying while the 1st and 2nd are still looking beautiful and they opened at least a week later than the first 2...

Did it get too hot or dry when they were opening?

The only thing consistent about me are my inconsistencies

When we were moving the orchids were a mess for probably a month...i had most of them just kinda shoved randomly on a table, some got propped up against the fireplace, and others were relegated to a bookshelf. Most of my orchids appreciated my inability to give them the usual attention but a few did show some signs of unhappiness, apparently my leptotes bicolor was one...my B nodosa was another.

The flowers are pretty, though, even if short-lived.
