People read a given orchid doesn't get any rain for 4 months, or 6 months, or 8 months... and that may be true. But there is often plentiful dew, so the plants might be watered plentifully all year. For example, in coastal southern California, there is normally no rain whatsoever between April and October. But there is so much dew many nights that plants like Tillandsias in people's gardens are completely soaked and dripping water every morning.

I will check in about two hours and if they are still tied (due to Yazz's vote), I will put up the second poll and everyone will have twenty-four hours to vote for a tie-breaker. If the tie is broken, I will announce the winner.

It is officially a tie! (when we add Yazz's vote)

The Cattleya walkeriana verses Leptotes bicolor poll has been started. It will run just twenty-four hours so don't wait too long for that final decision.
