I haven't got any new growths. At least I don't think I do. But I did notice, just yesterday that it has a whole bunch of new root tips. Orangy little fellars.
And has fixed itself to grow horizontally rather than vertically.

I can take a picture of mine now but has not done much since purchase and like you Sue moving it around and trying to find the right formula, if I may. I was wondering though any thoughts out there about making a change mid-stream from medium to mount?

I had mine potted for about 2 weeks before I switched it to a cork mount. Didn't see any signs of stress from making the move.

Well, I figured no harm could be done, as it really hasn't done much. The rooting system looked really good, I was happy for that and had a small wooden basket and sphag, just like Gin's.

I'll take a pic of mine tomorrow. It's getting bigger, I think it is. New root tips, but no new leaves or spikes.

Here's the latest picture of mine:
and a reminder that we will be starting OrchidBoard Project #3 very soon. We'll start the process of choosing a vendor and orchid in January with a planned order date of April 2007.
Hope to see you all there
