Thanks Shannon! Centre buds on each spike seem to have blasted...but, that happens..It'll be the challenge next year, If I don't kill it before

No idea Really, as said before this is my second attempt at growing this, My first one lasted between 2/3 yrs and never flowered, It slowly deteriorated.. From memory it was due to keeping too WET

Looking good!
Those blooms will last, no worry about that. If you've never bloomed your previous plant, the fragile looking blooms are actually really hardy. On my previous-previous plant, they lasted about 6-7 weeks.

Update: I have blooms. I loved the 2nd spike to death by splashing water on it. I have a 4th spike just starting to push out. I would really like to see more root growth, but I am being careful not to over water.
