Mine is still doing well growing its 3rd leaf, let me see if I can get a picture up. I may be alone here, but even though mine is a slow grower I can't wait to see the flowers and I really love that it is different from the rest of my orchid collection and one of my few species!

Ugh mine doesn't look good, it's roots have died and it is taking on a yellowish hue 😁 I may have over watered it ☹ I will post pics later, I am sad. It was starting to push out a new leaf too.

I have it on the windowsill with my neos and sedirea. It's potted in small lava rocks with a top dressing of sphagnum. It has been doing great there, but I do think I may have over watered it and in combination with cold weather, it is declining

Does the white pot have a hole on the bottom?

Amesiella monticola (project 16 [main] - spring 2015)
I hope so too SFLguy, yes it's in a net pot and it sits in the white pot so I can soak it when I water. I may soak it in some liquified kelp to see if I can't get it to grow some new roots, but only when it's completely dry 😉

Mine is still in it's holding pattern. Spike still quarter inch long. However, I just burned the two top leaves thinking it might like a little more light, moved it into the South window. Moved it back out , but too late.

Mine looks good. The new leaf is growing...now I see a little root nub and am hoping that will grow, too. It really likes the warmth of that table-top greenhouse. So much for mine being a cool-grower.

No signs of leaf growth on mine. What was left of the spike died after my puppy broke it off during a butt tucking incident. I do have new root growth and since I know I am not getting a spike from it this season, I'll probably take it out of the pot and reassess its situation. I'll leave it in it's spot, because it seems very happy there, but I think it may need at least a change in medium.
