Melissa, what do you think about combining the Laelias as one project plant? Are they similar enough? Each is only available (and affordable) at 1-2 growers so not sure to have enough for everyone in the USA. If we combine the very similar ones on terms of culture then there's more to go around and people get to pick which one.

Yes. These Laelias are all very similar in culture and type. That way people have the choice to go select (pricey) or on a budget.

I remembered someone saying they were all part of the Hadrolaelia group, so looked that up. So they are now one entry! Stay tuned for the poll, I'm working on it!

The one good thing about doing research on the project orchids is that it gives me an excuse to update my bookmarks lists for vendors. It is a good way to find out which vendors are still around on line and which ones have unfortunately bit the dust or retired.
