I'd say they grew a pretty significant amount over 8 months!
How long are you all waiting to remove them from their compots?

I'll let a couple bloom in compot if I can. But if they start to crowd out others you have to repot them. Also note how the roots look. If they are crowding the pot, time to pot them out. You might also consider putting two or three together when you repot them so they again share the wet media. Just a thought. Those look great!

That's a good idea!
I'm just concerned about that one large seedlings, he seems to have grown a lot faster than all the rest, so I don't want him to out compete all the rest.

That one won't outcompete, but it sure might shade the others and stifle them. If you can pull the leaves from other seedlings on top of the larger one so they don't get too crowded. Or just repot the big one.

Well, its been almost a year. These are hardy little babies. I havent lost a single Phal. schilleriana but I lost every single one of my other flask.
I could probably break them up and will likely do so once it gets a bit warmer.
Im not using bottom heat (yet) and I've tried to keep the humidity above 40%.
