Why don't you just pick the one you like?
The poll closes Weds but as long as we have the votes of the people on the list right now, we'll be able to order ahead of time.

I'm having a hard time finding ANY vendor with Phal lindenii...I'm about to call Andy's to see if they have enough of the laelia, just in case.

So if the Phal isn't available will those who voted for it be able to re-vote on their next favorite or will the win go to the next runner up?
