What are the gas prices like up there? I was shocked to see $3.09 here yesterday! It's a 32 cent hike over the course of 4 days!!!

Hi Everyone,
A newbie to the orchid project reporting in.

All the new kids arrived safe and healthy. I will try to add pictures soon and look for the new thread to update accordingly.

Been there Tindo and it sucks! (Pardon the language, but it does!) My wife and I lived out of labelled envelopes for a few years till we got it together. I may be close to that point now (check the label under my name!)

Hi all. I received the my quickie project plant on 11/9, but have forgotten to post a pic. I didn't realize that it was so little. Plus it came out of its pot when I took the masking tape off. I am having a hard time finding all the posts. Anyone have a suggestion?

thank you! Mine plant does not seem to be quite as big as everyone else's. Bummer. It's blooming size, so, maybe size doesn't matter

Well I am pretty new to this but I am most interested in giving it a try. Nothing like a challenge, any excuse to buy a new orchid is good by me.

We have our next big OB project coming up very soon! The first discussions will take place in the chat room, 8pm EST, on March 9th. The projects are a wonderful way to learn about the varieties of orchids out there...and of course, we all get at least one new 'chid out of it
