I took some pics of mine, though the lighting inside is terrible (pouring rain outside).

Here's my little Soph!!! There are 4 growths, and the two smallest ones have multiple leaves. Roughly one year from blooming size.

And now the group shot of the Soph with its TCs! They are Dtps Liu's Berry (blooming) and Phal Bronze Maiden (schilleriana x mannii) in back, then the Soph, Haraella odorata (3 spikes!) and Den aberrans (1 year from blooming) in front.
I'm not sure how long I have to wait for Bronze Maiden to bloom. I apparently bought the last one since it has disappeared from the catalogue!

And finally a nice shot of Dtps Liu's Berry! It is mildly fragrant, you need to stick your nose right up to it.

Now I'm waiting for the TC box. There was a problem with my payment, so he didn't ship it on monday, it has to wait until next week.

Hmmm, nice orchids for sure.

So, how fast does this little bugger grow? I mean, when can I expect a new pbulb?

My previous one would usually start a growth or 2 in the spring, and they would mature by mid fall. I think mine may be planning to grow one soon because I see several nubbins at the base of the most recent bulb! 3 are roots, but not sure about the last one.

The plant I received has new growth coming out right now, growing up the mount. I will take some photos and post em.

LOL Camille. Your Cernua looks bigger than mine *G* Mine isn't overflowing the pot!

Also, your flowering/in spike plant is actually flowering... mine's just in spike! And did you buy the Haraella as in spike? Not convinced about this 'I always get the duff plants' thing any more!

(The Bronze Maiden was also on my 'maybe next time' list as well, so hope you haven't got absolutely the last one in the world!)

True, they do look the same size. When I saw your pic without my plant in front of me, I remembered it being smaller. Liu's Berry I bought as being in spike/in bloom. There were 3 different ones for sale: NBS, BS and blooming. There was nothing mentioned for the Haraella, but then again this orchid is rarely NOT spiking!

I had the choice of blooming (on the blooming page) or blooming size too. I think it did say with spike, but I guess I was sort of hoping it had progressed from that since the write-up! Can't complain really - it is as described. And in fact on closer inspection it has a second tiny spike unless I'm much mistaken!
