A little heads up for anyone in Europe desperate for a yellow cernua (or various Japanese varieties of Neo and Sedirea). Just found myself on the website for New World Orchids, and it says they are coming to England in June, and are accepting orders to post anywhere in Europe up to May 12th (I think it was...). $150 minumum for posting, no minimum if you can pick up wherever they are going to be in the UK.

Too much for my budget right now I think... you'd get the limit with single plants in some cases!

New World Orchids
Ramon ordered one in Europe, you should ask where he got it from.

No I shouldn't, because I'm not looking for one... LOL

I suppose it might be interesting for other people though.... Ramon?

(I have to admit to looking through all the listings on New World... wouldn't be a cernua I'd be getting if I was going to!)

I've ordered from NWO before (did a joint order with ramon to get the minimum $$ needed, then he mailed me mine) and they have beautiful healthy plants.

Mutant: did you order from Schwerter? Wondering as I didn't get a tracking number.

Camille: unless I win the lottery there will be no more ordering plants at least for a while!!!!!

Check the email from today where they tell you that the package is leaving, there is a link to click that takes you directly to your tracking number on DHL.

if you order the yellow cernua, you are already above the minimum! the plant is pretty expensive!

Camille, mine doesn't have a tracking link, just a link to the page to review when they arrive. I think I'll ask if the package doesn't come on Wednesday (that's fast, but after that I'll start worrying it's got delayed somewhere!)

Arrggg, just seen there's a note on my order page asking for postcode, so I guess it hasn't gone yet... No email about it, maybe it got lost, but annoying as I've been in all day and could have answered... So I guess it's missed shipping today. Hope it can go tomorrow
