So, seeing how good these have grown in the net pots have made me question mounting the orchid.
I have cholla wood on the way and I was thinking of putting some moss in the center and mounting on the outside so I can provide extra humidity that is hard to achieve in my grow space.
Hmmm, decisions.

Cholla Wood mount
Josh, I have cholla wood also and I was wondering...you said to put the moss in the center and mount the orchid on the outside. The orchid would then be right against the wood, correct? Could you also put some of the moss in back of the orchid to cushion it against the wood also? That, in my mind, would add some extra layer for humidity then if put into a glass or cup with stones. I think I might be thinking out loud but not sure. Let me know what you think.

This is going to be my first mount so I really don't know. I've tried to find up close pictures of them in situ to see if they benefit from extra moss.

Cholla Wood Mount
Josh, I will also look to see if I can find any information also. I do like the plant that I received so I am sort of hedging between leaving it in the little pot and placing that in a glass with stones for humidity or mounting it. Hmmmm...all these decisions! LOLOL

Mine came today. It is so cute! Mine looks exactly like Eahonn's. What a charming little orchid.

I got mine today from Botanica, cant post pics but it looks just like Wynn Dees plant. Very cute. I am going to leave it in the pot for the time being. I checked the roots, all very good so didnt want to disturb it too much yet.
Also got Ang. didieri, Ang. elephantinum, Schonorchis
fragrans. All ohhhh sooo good.....Jean

Jean, post up some pictures of your other plants. I'd love to see the didieri as it might be my next species orchid.
