Oh my!!! Jaw Drop!!!! You are all so wonderfully fortunate to have such great blooms!!!
Pray for me and mine, lol... Seriously though, I'm sure mine will come at some point. I just think the brutal heat this summer did me in...

Paul, thank you so much. I also have another Dracula coming into bloom. Is it possible that I have all winter and spring bloomers?

Beautiful! Yours are quite a bit more red than mine. Mine are definitely a pinky orange.

I've been doing lots of reading on these. They are really temperature tolerant and can take really hot right down to freezing. Maybe a cool winter will offset your hot summer and the plant will get a good rest ready for next year.

Just checked my little soph and the leaf finally opened to reveal two buds! If nothing drastic happens to them, I will soon be posting a photo.

Congrats Leafmite! Can't wait to see the pics!!
I haven't given up hope on mine just yet since there does appear to be a wide time interval where it can bloom. As long as its living and growing, I'm happy, lol... Just means I haven't killed it yet!

Has yours bloomed before, Paul? As you have said, yours may still bloom. Mine is a little late compared to most everyone else and I think this is due to the hot, dry weather. Good luck!
