Sorry to hear that Jarad, I have also ended up killing 'project' plants too ... My Haraella Project plant died last year and my soph just died a couple weeks ago...
As far as my Trichoglottis brachiata (this project) It does not seem to like H/S or at least no visible root growth to be seen in the pot although growing air roots very well. Only other problem is I have a lot more light in my new house and think I burned the leaves as have some yellow appeared on some leaves. So I have now got it in a shadier position by sticking grease proof paper to the back of the terrarium.. will see what happens with the growth in the next few months.

Hi All,
My 2 plants have still not bloomed but they look very healthy. I'm wondering if I'm letting the mount get too dry. I'm thinking about re-potting them into clay with Orchiata mix this year. Our OS has started ordering pallets of Orchiata and everyone is having great results.
Anyone get theirs to bloom?

Yay, Yay! I finally have what looks like a spike. This was definitely NOT BS when I purchased it. It took 3 years to get to this point. I definitely think this is NOT a rapid grower.

Mine was in less than optimum condition when I got it, has been growing pretty well with quite a few roots and a keikei. I don't know if this will be my lucky year or not. It may be fall auction fodder.
