No not a species, but it's so common that it's easy to find on both sides of the pond. The reason we avoid hybrids is that usually they're hard to find in both places.

I've just added it yours Jennyfleur. Camille sent me her compiled list this morning but I've only just managed to get it posted. I then did a check through for any others (some of which were on the sign up thread) and added them.

Good point. What do people think?... As Camille said the reason for species has primarily been that hybrids often aren't available both in the USA and in Europe (we get different ones).

I don't mind allowing it in, but if most people think we should stick to species we can do that. I'm happy to be lead by the majority opinion on this.

However I do know some folks like to only buy species, I don't want anyone to feel excluded if we allow this one.

Popow 16€, var coerulea
Orchideen-Lucke 16€, var coerulea
Oak Hill Gardens $18, also var coerulea

Dendrobium unicum fragrant!!
IOSPE
Schwerter 10€,
Orchids by Hausermann $13
Andy's Orchids $20
J&L orchids (grower not on the list, but supposedly good) $20
CarolinaOrchids $20

i personally dont have a problem with it, although it isnt my favorite out of the list so far. so i wouldnt vote for it in the poll, but i certainly wouldnt care if it were on the poll. and if people choose it, ill get that too.

Thanks Camille,

I've added those. I love unicum. Popow has had that in the past, not sure if they still do.

That's what I remembered as well but it looks like they may be out of stock, it's not there anymore. Too bad, I love ordering from him since shipping is so cheap.

Howeara lava burst looks like it is a pretty big plant- does it exceed our size limits? Pretty though.
