We can try and arrange a joint order for some folks in the UK if the plant ends up being from one of the more expensive shipping sites in Europe (not all of them are).

I was only suggesting to limit myself to UK suppliers, you are of course welcome to do as you wish, and if I decide it is not a viable project for me then that is my choice - please don't feel that you all have to compromise your actions on my behalf, we are all pleased to be involved, but I would hate for my self-imposed restrictions to compromise anyone else - you are free to do as you please and not mind little old me!! BTW I'm still waiting for last year's spring project to flower, despite buying a flowering size plant.....

None of the plants I bought for three projects have flowered yet either but several of the TC's have .
I want to try and ensure as many people as possible can get hold of whatever we choose, but unfortuantely when it comes to it there may be some who can't if postage and other fees are too high. Hopefully you'll be able to take part Hedge

Totally down with these guys....
(US slang for, oh yeah sign me up)
Could only find Aerangis biloba on Hausermann's (linked above)-- so no idea if this is a possibility for our EU/UK peeps. I could find didieri on Andy's Orchids site but it goes over the cost limit.
Here's a pic of biloba:
Biloba is supposed to be compact, easy to grow and...*ahem* Fraaaaaagraaaaant! <end Orpah impersonation for your enjoyment>

Cool, we're getting some great suggestions.
Just so you know, I'm going to compile the list so far this evening. It takes a bit more thinking about than I can do while I'm at work (need to make sure I don't miss anything!).

Biloba is easy to find in EU, I know several places that have it.
Nardotto 12.50€,
orchidspecies.co.uk £15,
Schwerter 10€.....
As for Ang didieri, don't worry about it being expensive at Andy's, I had found it at Hausermann's for $13 (see my post)

Rosie, Here's another grower to add; easyorchids.co.uk. The reason I suggest this is that 2 of the UK growers you list (David Stead and Peter White) hardly sell any species at all and Burnham has a very small selection.
Edit: While going through there site I realized that their species catalogue is actually the same as orchidspecies.co.uk. Nevermind then....

WOW, with all of these great orchids to choose from, I don't know if I really have anything to add! I'll keep thinking.
