Default Here's my update!

Well I decided to take my project 4 'chid out of it's pot and mount it on cork. I gave it a bed of coco husk fiber and a small amount of sphag to sit on. It seems much happier. I am watering it daily, either by misting it or by dunking it. So far it is putting out a new root and it's other roots are starting to grow again and it has new leaf growth as well! I think mounted is the way to go for this little one!

Default Project #4 - all buds opened!

Finaly! All Aerangis buds opened! Almost six months after the first sign of spike! It is a world record!! (of slowness). It lost two buds, but for me its OK, this is its first blooming!

Beautiful! I love the pure whiteness of the petals with the little orange nose!

Good job, mine has been dormant all winter. All my other chids are growing like *#!%, and that thing hasn't moved. I think it's dead......but green!
