WOW Rosie your plant is so cool! Mine is potted but not nearly as large as yours. Hopefully by giving mine more light he'll perk up and grow.

That's what I have done in the past with some mounted plants and they don't seem to mind at all. I look forward to seeing pics of your new mount Rosie!
My one is also getting bigger & putting out plenty new growth & like you no signs of blooms yet.....

Has anyone (other than Ramon and Jeff) gotten their plant to bloom???? Seems like we're all geting lucious and crazy amounts of growth, with no blooms in sight.
My plant has over tripled in size since getting it, but doesn't seem to be in a rush to put out some flowers for me.

Camille, if it helps, I have manage to bloom only one of my two tenuifolia. I had ordered the yellow form as a "companion" (well not really, as it came from a different nursery)... this one just grows like mad, and not even a hint of willing to bloom... they are both growing next to each other

We start projects once or twice a year. Basically we pick some criteria for a plant (temperature, size, price usually) then we research plants that meet the requirements and are available in the main participating countries. Once we have enough we vote (once or 2-3 times) to select the winning plant. Then everyone buys that plant and we compare culture notes and have an unofficial contest to see who blooms it first. Lots of fun!!
Feel free to join the next one, which should normally start somewhere in March.
