George is still chilling out, just hanging around. I could be growing crazy, but I think the lead it came with might me plumping into a bulb slightly.
Glad to hear that people are getting progress! Or at least not going backwards.

I'm happy to say i can confirm my yellow tenuifolia has succesfully transferred to s/h.
all 8 bulbs have matured and roots and growing down the medium steadily, some tiny moss strands are also starting to show.

maxten stay in the basket
"maxten" is doing great. I havent killed it..all the bulbs have fresh new bulbs working on the tops. Nice green leaves with many many new bulbs starting at the bottom. Stays in an east window in the kitchen most the time..Gets fed the same food my paphs get, peters cal/mag 1/4 strength every watering. Had it in bark and It didn't care for bark and got shrively bulbs with my low humidity. (Over Watering kills and doesn't replace moisture in the air IMO)..So Repacked him in sphagnum and he stay a little more moist longer and able to use the water .he doing fine now

he was really big when he came in and blooming too. I underestimate the 4 inch pot size with orchids.. a 4 inch pot can hold a 20 lb orchid 3 ft tall . I keep that in mind now

Mine too...
I've had a little trouble getting mine happy, I had it potted in moss, then switched it to a moss and bark mixture, which it seems much happier with as a few of the growths are now thickening up into bulbs. Sounds like mine isn't the only one no longer sulking!

Mine had about ten blooms upon arrival as well. But I they were fading and smelled no longer like coconuts. So I cut them off. Mine is in a 4 1/2" pot. I think that's how big the pot is.

Mine has matured all its pseudobulbs a few months ago and they are all larger and more plump than the old ones, even though i put it in SH.
Recently it has started to put out 20 ~ new root tips from all over the plant in every direction.
I have noticed 2 buds/growths emerging, i believe they are buds since they seem a bit thicker and diffrent.
I will know for sure tomorrow when i check because i read the buds always come from the second brown sheath and the growth from the first.
It is only throwing up 2 of these and last growth cycle had 8 growths so a flowering would be more likely. however it seems early in the season for it.
Time will tell.
I have the yellow variety so im curious to see how it looks!
