Poor George got cooked. I gave him a booboo kiss.

Ian offered a refund (wow he replies fast!), but after talking with him and Phil, I decided that wouldn't be necessary. Just another baby to pamper!

Now it just has to live up to it's reputation as a weed!
Well that's good! I'm glad you're being optimistic right now. It'll be fun either way, I like the name btw.

I've been wanting a plant to name George forever, and I knew this guy would fit the bill before I even saw him.

Oh oh- I just looked at Los Osos Nurseries- hadn't discovered them before- looks like they have some nice stuff. What do people think of their plants, and their service?

Went to Lowes,
Same old Max t. sitting there. many PB - a couple of yellowing leaves. I asked the manager if he could mark it down.

he sold it to me for $ 2.50.
so I bought it.

I also almost got the Coffea arabica plants ina 4" pot for 2.68, but have already some. Maybe I should I have asked him to mark down the Encyclia Cindy as well
