I added the list of vendors for the UK to Dave's post last night so it probably wasn't there when you had previously looked.

... and Wow that's a gorgeous orchid... I'm going to have a really difficut time voting in this project I think, there are so many I want to do.

I think that different varieties are fine, but Dave might have to confirm that. Trying to stick to one variety might be too much of a problem for Europe as some of the plants are only available in certain varieties in Europe.

Personally I think that if you want to spend more you can, I think the aim of the price limit is to make sure that people are not put off taking part due to the cost. Again Dave will hopefully confirm that.

I found a Phal that I absolutely love, Phalaenopsis celebensis. But I could only find it in the UK and Europe... No luck for the USA.... :(
