Hi Melissa, That's why I joined all 3 projects. Well, truthfully, I guess I can't really say I didn't get any plants this winter. But I probably only got about 15.

Your not late at all...I don't think people started ordering until last weekend....and I am undecisive and haven't decided where to buy my project plants from....and I'm waiting closer to pay day this Friday too! I thought I wait and see pictures of everyone's 'chids and decide from there on where to get mine! You really can't go wrong from those who we have to choose from though!

I ordered from Hausermann's. They had some really cool TCs that I wanted.
Rhyncostylis coelestis $22.50
Trichoglottis brachiata x self $15.00
Trichopilia tortilis $12.50
Phal. Cranberry Queen 'Regal' $10.00
Wow...I needed that...no orchids all winter!

Great choice of TCs! I especially like the Trichoglottis brachiata! I'll have to look into what all they have!

I just got my plant yesterday. It looks great, but I was a little shocked because it is the pink version.I have never ordered a plant online before and I wasn't sure if that was normal. I asked for no substitutions and was disappointed that I got the pink. I don't want to call them if I am in the wrong.

There are three variations of Rhyncostylis coelestis....a blue, pink, and alba. Who did you order from?

Just checked my plant tag and it says Rhyn Coelestis white when I ordered the blue... although the blue is blue and white from what I have seen in pictures. Either way. I though, checked the same thing when I ordered from Hausermanns for no substitutions... weird. Doesn't bother me though, white is just as pretty as blue... although I am a sucker for the blues and purples.
aaand... while I'm at it... comeon folks! I want to see pics of your Rhyns! I've never had one of these and I want to see what mine looks like in comparison to everyone else's!

Has anyone grown these in S/H? I'm thinking about it and would like advice, please.
