I think growth will be slow at this time of year, mine is growing a little but has definately slowed down.
Once the light and temps start increasing again I'm expecting mine to speed up again and hopefully yours will too.
Of course my conditions seem to be getting good growth, but I've had no flowers yet. That might just be a case of time but it's always possible I'm missing some condition it needs to flower. Time will tell I guess
Mine has definitely slowed down it's growth since we received them but it's still throwing out and growing new leads. It's much more green vs. the neon yellow from when it came from Andy's. Here's the most recent photos:
I've just looked back at the originaly pictures of yours Katie, and it really has changed colour hasn't it.
It also looks noticably bigger now. You seem to have a lot of lead growths arround the edge.
It's looking really happy
Thanks Rosie! Yes, I am very happy with it's progress. I also noticed that a bunch of those new side leads are growing roots into the moss. Is that okay?
Haha, yes Joann I know roots are good It's just more that they are growing from further up along the lead then at the base where I would expect the new roots to grow from. Just thought it was weird.
Sorry Katie, it was just too good to pass up.
It may be weird but mine is doing that too. Are your leads growing near the edge of the pot and turn up? Mine are growing that way and roots are sprouting above the bend. I don't know if I need to add potting media or just leave them be.

Update: My miltonia is growing like a weed. Everyday pseudobulbs are getting larger and larger and leaves are getting longer and longer! The only difficulty I've had is that many of the new leaves are pleated. Unfortunately I just learned that means it was lacking water at some point in it's growth spurt! I will admit that a few times I caught the moss completely dried out. The winter heat must of really gotten to it. You live and learn right?
Congratulations Katie!
I couldn't keep mine moist enough so I split it and am experimenting. 1 is in s/h in a South window and is growing roots and a couple of new growths. The other one is in just leca in an East window getting morning sun and it seems to be perking up. Hopefully warm weather will be here someday and they will actually grow!
Joann
